Yang 24 step form

The Yang 24 step form was created by the Chinese Sports Committe in 1956. It was created from the original Yang long form (108 step form). It is shorter and easier to learn than the long form without loosing any of the essential elements of Taiji Quan. The Yang 24 step is (probably) the most widely practised Taiji form in the world today.

The Axbridge class is led by Bob Chadderton, who has approximately 20 years of experience practising Taiji Quan.
